Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change is the nodal Ministry in the Government of India for the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) and Desertification Cell is the nodal point within the Ministry to co-ordinate all issues pertaining to the Convention. The Desertification Cell intends to engage eligible candidates for the following vacancies on the contractual basis for consultancy, initially for a period of one year, extendable as required, on mutual agreement and subject to satisfactory performance by the incumbent:
