Applications are invited from Indian Nationals to fill up the following vacancies in Industrial & Non-industrial Establishment (Group C) at Engine Factory, Avadi. The candidates shall apply for through online only. The website address for online registration is www.efa.gov.in. Any applications received at EFA without an online registration will not be accepted.

PAY BAND AND GRADE PAYS FOR THE POSTS : 

Sl.No.1 to 7 – Pay Band-1 : ` 5,200-20,200/- + Grade Pay : ` 1,800/- 

Sl.No.8 – Pay Band-1 : ` 5,200-20,200/- + Grade Pay : ` 2,400/- 

Sl.No.9 to 11 – Pay Band-1 : ` 5,200-20,200/- + Grade Pay : ` 1,900/-

AGE LIMIT FOR THE POSTS : 

18 to 32 years (For Sl.No.1 to 7) 

18 to 27 years (For Sl.No.8 to 11)

APPLICATION FEE An application fee of Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty Only) is payable by the candidates. 

SC/ST/Ex-Serviceman/Persons with Disabilities/Women candidates are exempted from payment of application fee. 

The Application fee is non-refundable.

After submitting and taking print of the “filled” online application, the candidates should forward a copy of the same alongwith the certificates to “The General Manager, Engine Factory Avadi”. The candidate should put the left thumb impression at the relevant place on the printed application. Applications should be addressed to The General Manager, Engine Factory, Avadi, Chennai – 600 054.

The online registration will be opened on 30.06.2015 and closed on 20.07.2015. The printed duly filled in online application alongwith the requisite documents should be sent to the The General Manager, Engine Factory Avadi, Chennai – 54. Printed duly filled in application downloaded from the website will be accepted by the Factory upto one week from the date of closing of online registration i.e. upto 27.07.2015.
