Manager HR on Contractual Assignment:
Age: 40 Years (Maximum)
Qualification : Candidates should be Master in Business Administration in Human Resource (2 years full time course) from
recognized University with Minimum 60% marks. Candidates having degree in Law would be having added
advantage. The candidate should have minimum 60% marks through out stating from Secondary Board. The
incumbent should have minimum 12 years of post qualification, industrial experience of working in relevant
field with a reputed industrial organization. The candidate should be well conversant with the Human
Resources practices and various acts applicable in a manufacturing organization. Candidates with
experience in Central PSUs would be an added advantage.
Security Officer on Contractual Assignment:
Age: 55 Years (Maximum)
Qualification : Candidates should be Ex-Army men not below the rank of Major or equivalent in the Indian Navy/Air Force
with minimum 03 years experience of working as Security Officer with reputed organization. Candidate
should be computer savvy.
Engineer on Contractual Assignment:
Age: 32 Years (Maximum)
Candidate should have B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical / Electronics & Communication/ Information Technology
Engineering form recognized Institution/University with minimum 60% marks with minimum 02 years of
post qualification experience of Repairing, Maintenance & Installation of Electronic Instruments such as
Infra Red Analyzer, Photometric Instruments and SPV Systems etc. in remote villages across the country.
Executive on Contractual Assignment:
Age: 32 Years (Maximum)
Qualification : Candidate should be MBA full time in HR form recognized Institution/University with minimum 60%
marks with minimum 02 years of post qualification experience of Training & Development, Personnel,
Recruitment and general administration etc. The candidate having LLB shall be having added advantage.
Security Supervisor on Contractual Assignment:
Age: 55 Years (Maximum)
Qualification : Candidates should be Ex-Army men not below the rank of JCO with minimum 03 years experience of
working as Security Supervisor with reputed organization. Candidate should be computer savvy.
Technical Assistant on Contractual Assignment:
Age: 35 Years(Maximum)
Qualification : Candidate should have 3 years Diploma in Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering/ ‘A’
Level Computer Course equivalent to Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications form recognized
Institution/University with minimum 60% marks with minimum 05 years of post qualification experience of
Repairing, Maintenance & Installation of Electronic Instruments such as Infra Red Analyzer, Photometric
Instruments and SPV Systems etc. in remote villages across the country.
Technician on Contractual Assignment:
Age: 37 Years (Maximum)
Qualification : ITI (NCVT) in Electronics Mechanical/Radio & TV / Electrical/PASAA/ ‘O’ Level Computer Course
equivalent to Foundation Level Course having minimum 60% marks with minimum 01 year Apprenticeship
under the Apprenticeship Act. 1961, as applicable. Candidates must have minimum 05 years of post
qualification experience of Repairing, Maintenance & Installation of Electronic Instruments such as Infra
Red Analyzer, Photometric Instruments and SPV Systems etc. in remote village across the country.
