Candidates applied for the post Office Assistant (M) are being informed that Interview for the post is going to be held from 20th to 30th April’ 2015 as per Schedule given below.

Kindly bring your certificates & testimonials with you in original as well as their attested copies: 

1. Print-out of the application form which you had applied for on-line registration. 

2. Copy of Challan / Proof of Fees deposit 

3. Downloaded call letter available on our website with same photograph as affixed in Call Letter for Written Examination. (Downloading of Call Letter will start from 06.03.2015). 

4. Photo Identity Card (PAN Card/ Driving License/Voter ID or Admit Card of SSLC/HSC/ Degree examination) 

5. SSC/ Matriculation for proof of age. 

6. Marks Sheet (year-wise) and certificate/s in support of educational qualification viz. SSLC, HSC, Graduate degree, post graduate degree, professional/research qualification etc. 

7. In case of SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Serviceman/Physically Challenged Category, you will have to submit an attested copy of Certificates issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format as prescribed by Govt. of India. In case of OBCs, the certificate inter alia must specify that the candidate does not belong to Creamy Layer section excluded from the benefits or reservation for other backward class in civil post and services of Govt. of India. OBC certificate should not be more than one year old as on the date of interview. 

8. Candidate serving in Government/Public Sector undertaking (including banks) should produce “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of interview. 

9. Certificate confirming completion of compute course i.e. confirmation of computer literacy. 

10. Completely filled in Downloaded format as given below for Interview (Certificates/Documents arranged accordingly) 

11. Two character certificates issued by Gazetted Officer. 
12. Residential Certificate issued within one year. 

13. No request for extension of the Interview Date will be entertained.
