Qualification & Experience :
Post Graduate in any discipline with minimum 8 years of experience, of which 2 years should be
independently managing an assignment/division that requires relationships or database management
facilitated by active technology support.
Should be able to conceptualize and initiate the implementation of effective communication with
different generations of alumni to suit varying preference from mobile apps/Facebook/social media
to written communication
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - especially in English
Should be able to closely collaborate and work in teams with staff, faculty and alumni chapters in
India and abroad Strong networking abilities
Desirable : MBA (preferred IIMA PGP/ PGPX) or IT/ Computer Science
