SCOPE, an Apex Body of Central Public Sector Enterprises invites applications for the following positions to have a panel of competent candidates in various disciplines proposed to be created for requirement from time to time. The compensation would be comparable with the Industry/Central Government pay & allowances.
HR EXECUTIVE
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : Graduate with Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in Management with specialization in Human Resource / Personnel Management or Master in Social Work with Specialization in HR from recognized Indian university / institutes recognized by appropriate statutory authority.
Candidate should have 03 to 05 years post qualification experience preferably in CPSEs, experience in handling HR including pay related issues and familiar current practices in Public Enterprises. The candidate should be creative and well versed with policies pertaining to compensation in Public Sector & should have ability to co-ordinate studies, programs and other events.
Age – 30 – 35 years
CORPORATE COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : Graduate & having Professional Qualification in Mass Communication / Advertising and Communication Management / Public Relations / Journalism. Candidate should have 03 to 05 years post qualification experience preferably in CPSEs.
Candidate should be familiar with planning & implementing publicity and public relations activities including house journals, media planning, advertising, press relations, exhibitions, films etc, fluency in English and ability to contribute articles on policies issues on different discipline.
Age – 30 – 35 years
JUNIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized college/institutions with atleast 4 (Four) years experience or a Degree holders with one year experience having knowledge of execution/maintenance of Civil Works like water supply & sewerage disposal, sanitary, fire fighting etc. for multistoried buildings, knowledge of CPWD
Specifications, analysis of rates, preparation of tender documents and maintenance of records desirable.
Age limit – 30 years
JUNIOR ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)
QUALIFICATION & EXPEREINCE : Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized college/institutions with atleast 4 (Four) years experience or a Degree holders with one year experience, having knowledge of Electrical Works like Internal Electrifications, HT/LT, Sub stations/panel, Fire Alarm System, pump for multistoried buildings etc. knowledge of CPWD Specifications, analysis of rates, preparation of tender documents and maintenance of records desirable.
Age limit – 30 years
JUNIOR ENGINEER (MECHANICAL)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized college/institutions with atleast 4 (Four) years experience or a Degree holders with one year experience, having knowledge of Mechanical Works like Central Air-conditioning System,
Mechanical Ventilation System, Lifts, Roof top Trolleys for glass cleaning etc. Knowledge of CPWD specifications, analysis of rates, preparation of tender documents and maintenance of records desirable.
Age limit – 30 years
WORK ASSISTANT (Electrical, Mechanical & Civil works)
QUALIFICAITON & EXPERIENCE : Matriculate & ITI (2 years duration) in the relevant field from recognized College/Institution. With atleast 15-20 years of work experience in the related field and should be thoroughly conversant with the tackling the maintenance issues in respect of integrated multistoried Office Complexes.
Age Limit not exceeding - 50 years
ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : B.Com from recognized Institute/College with atleast 4-5 years experience in the area i.e.
Posting of Original Books of Accounts on computers and well conversant with accounting software and other organizations for recovery of dues etc.
Banking Operations / Liasoning with banks.
Should be able to work independently.
Handling tax matters such as Income Tax, Service Tax etc. including e filling of tax returns.
EPF / ESIC
Age Limit - 30 years
Experience - 4-5 years
ATTENDANT-CUM-RECORD KEEPER
JOB PROFILE : Candidate should have basic knowledge in relevant areas & have experience of 8-10 years in record keeping & should have worked as attendant in a reputed organization. Upper age limit is 45 years. Should have passed atleast eight standard.
