Minimum qualification is a Ph.D degree. Submission of the PhD thesis is sufficient. Those who are about to submit may also apply. But mere possession of the minimum qualification does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview.
The last date mentioned in the advertisement is March 27, 2015. However, applications will be accepted till one day before the actual date of interview in the particular discipline. Thus the first interview is likely to be in the first half of April.
