Uttarakhand Urban sector Development Investment Program (UUSDIP) is committed to develop infrastructure facilities like Water Supply, Sewerage, Solid Waste Management and implement utilities, reforms in Urban Towns in Uttarakhand. The funds are being provided by Asian Development Bank and are being executed with the support of Consultants having international experience, thus offering an opportunity to work on challenging Externally Aided Projects. Applications are invited for the following vacant/ likely to fall vacant posts at PMU, Dehradun and various PIUs on Deputation/Contractual basis.
Senior Project Manager (On Deputation Basis) : (Posts 01).
Qualification : Executive Engineer level. Experience of 15 yrs from any Civil Engineering Department, preference to PHED/PSU of GOI or State Government having experience in Contract Management
with Pay Scale of Rs 15600-39100 Grade Pay 7600.
Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 Grade Pay - 8700
Project Manager (On Deputation Basis) (Dehradun and Nainital) : (Posts 02).
Qualification : Graduate Engineer with 5 year experience as Assistant Executive
Engineer/Assistant Engineer 15600-39100 Grade Pay 6600 Or 7600 as the case may be. Experience of 8 years preferable.
Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay 6600 Or 7600 as the case may be
Water Supply & Waste Water Management Engineer (On Deputation basis) : (Posts 02).
Qualification : Executive Engineer level with 12 Years experience in Civil Engineering PHED department preferably in the pay scale of 15600-39100 Grade Pay 7600.

Procurement Officer (On Deputation Basis) : (Posts 01).
Qualification : Executive Engineer level with 15 Years Experience in Civil Engineering Department and Exposure to EAP Procurement Procedures.

Asst. Engineer. Water Supply & Waste Water Management Engineer (On Deputation Basis) : (Posts 02).
Qualification : Graduate Civil Engineer. Assistance Engineer level. Experience of 5 years from any Civil Engineering Department.
Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay- 5400
Resettlement Officer (On Deputation Basis) : (Posts 01).
Qualification : Post Graduate in Social Sciences with minimum 10 years experience in Resettlement aspects and Exposure to EAP.
Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay- 5400
Environmental Engineer (On Deputation Basis) : (Posts 01).
Qualification : B.E., Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering with 10 years experience.
Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay- 5400
Assistant Engineer Civil (On Deputation Basis) : (Posts 04).
Qualification : Graduate Engineer as Assistant Engineer/ Additional Assistant Engineer with 3 years experience Or Diploma Engineer as Assistant Engineer Or Junior Engineer with 7 years of Experience.
Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay 5400
Solid Waste Management Expert (On Contractual Basis) : (Posts 01).
Qualification : Graduate Engineer/Post Graduate in Environmental Science with min. 8 years experience.
Consolidated Remuneration : Rs. 50000/- P.M.
Urban Governance Expert (On contractual basis) : (Posts 01).
Qualification : Post Graduate in Social Science with min. 15 years experience with urban local bodies & extensive knowledge of 74th CAA. Preference to be given to retired Senior Officers from Municipal Authority.
Consolidated Remuneration : Rs. 50000/- P.M.
