Application format has been uploaded on the websites of NHM, UP and NHSRC (www.upnrhm.gov.in & http://nhsrcindia.org). All applications need to be as per the format uploaded on the website. No other format will be acceptable. Interested candidates should send their applications only in ordinary Post, addressed to Post Box No: 10536, JNU Post Office, New Delhi - 110067, clearly mentioning on centre top of the envelope “For NHM, UP, Post Applied for:………………..”. Applications must reach us by 10-Sep-2014, after which applications will not be accepted. NHSRC will not be responsible for any postal delay.
