Bihar Urban Transport Services limited BUTSL, a flagship company of Government of Bihar, has been established to run city bus services in the state of Bihar. BUTSL is looking for Chief General Manager, General Manager (Technical), General Manager (Admin/Finance), Project Manager, Company Secretary, Manager (Finance), Deputy Project Manager, Manager Legal, Accountant and Office Executives.
Chief General Manager
Qualification: M.Tech, working/retiredin the rank of Superintending Engineer with minimum total experience of 15-20 years' in Urban Transport.
Training, Emolument and Placements: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs.1,00,000 per month. Serving Government personnel will be paid as per Govt. norms a nd th e retired Govt. personnel will be paid last drawn pay minus pension.
Upper Age Limit 62 years as o n 31.03.2014
General Manager (Technical)
Qualification: M.Tech/B.Tech, working/retired in the rank of Superintending Engineer with minimum total experience of 10-15 years' in Urban Transport.
Training, Emolument and Placements: He/She will be paid emolument of 55.00,000 per month. Serving Government personnel will be paid as per Govt. no rms nd the retired Govt. personnel wi II be paid last drawn pay m inus pension.
Upper Age Limit :62 years as on 31.03.2014
General Manager (Finance/Administration)
Qualification: Chartered Accountant and MBA with 15 year experience.
Training, Emolument and Placements: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs.89,000 per mo nth on contract basis.

Project Manager
Qualification: M.Tech/B.Tech with 10 years' experience in Urban Transport Training,
Emolument and Placements: He/She will be paid emolument of Rs.60-70,009 per month on co ntract basis.
Upper Age Limit : 40 years as on 01.04.2014
Company Secretary
Qualification: Company Secretary with 5 years' post qualification experience Training,
Emolument and Placements: Selected candidate will be in probation period of 2 months. He/She will be paid emolument of Rs. 55-60,000 per month
Manager Finance :
Qualification: Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years' post qualification experience Training, Emolument and Placements: Selected candidate will be in probation period of 2 months. He/She will be paid emolument of Rs.55-60,000 per month.
Deputy Project Manager
Qualification: B.Tech with minimum 60% marks and at least 5 years' experience in urban transport
Training, Emolument and Placements: Selected candidate will be in probation period of 2 months. They will be paid emolument of R5.50-55,000 per month on contract basis
Manager Legal
Qualification: Law Graduate from reputed institute with 5 years post qualification experience. Experience in urban transport is desirable.
Training, Emolument and Placements: Selected candidate will be in probation period of 2 months. They will be paid emolument of R5.40-45,000 per month on contract basis
Accountant
Qualification: CA- Inter with 2 years' experience Training, Emolument and Placements: Selected candidate will be in probation period of 2 months. They will be paid emolument of Rs.25-30,000 per month on contract basis
Office Executive
Qualification: MBA with 2 years related experience
Training, Emolument and Placements: Selected candidate will be in probation period of 2 months. He/She will be paid emolument of Rs.25-30,000 per month fo r contract basis.
