Applications are invited for appointment to the post of Director, National Gallery of Modern Art, Mumbai and Bengaluru on Promotion/Deputation (including short term contract) basis as per details given below.
Director : (2 Posts).
Educational Qualification :
(1) Master’s Degree in Fine Arts or History of Art from a recognized university or equivalent;
(2) Evidence of Research Work in History of Art/Fine Arts supported by publications;
(3) 10 years experience in Art Galleries/ Museums or teaching Museology or History of Art or Fine Arts and organizing exhibitions/educational activities.
Age Limit : Should not be more than 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
Eligible Officers may send their applications in duplicate in the prescribed proforma duly verified and countersigned by the employer alongwith vigilance clearance, integrity certificate, major/minor penalty statement for the last ten years, cadre clearance and duly attested photocopies of ACRs for the last five years to the Under Secretary (Museum-I), Ministry of Culture, Room No. 210 D Wing, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi-110115.
