Application fee of Rs. 1500/- for unreserved and OBC candidates and Rs. 750/- for SC/ST candidates in the shape of Demand draft in favour of Director, Chacha Nehru Bal Chikitsalaya payable at New Delhi (Non refundable). Physically Handicapped candidates are not required to pay any application fee.
Applications in the prescribed format along with the Demand Draft and self attested copies of the certificates should reach the Office Superintendent of the hospital on or before 18.08.2014 till 04.00 p.m.
