BSF will hold an All India Examination for recruitment to the different post of Group _B' & _C of Water Wing in BSF for the year-2014.

SI(Workshop) : OBC-01.

Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.

Or

Three years Diploma in Mechanical or Marine or Auto mobile Engineering from a recognized university or Institution.

St (Master) : UR-07, OBC-01, SC-01, ST-01.

Qualification : i) 1O+2 or its equivalent from arecognized Board or University, and;

ii)Second Class Master Certificateissued by the Central or State InlandWater Transport Authority or

SI (Engine Driver) : UR-08, OBC-03, SC-01, ST-01.

Qualification : i) 10+2 or its equivalent from arecognized Board or University, and;

ii) First Class Engine Driver Certificate issued by the Central or State Inland Water Transport Authority or Mercantile Marine Department.

HC (Master) : UR-32, OBC-19, SC-10, ST-07.

Qualification : i) Matriculation    from    a    recognized board or equivalent.

ii) Serang Certificate.

HC (Engine Driver) : UR-28, OBC-24, SC-07, ST-07.

Qualification : i) Matriculation from a recognized board or equivalent.

ii) Possessing Ilnd Class Engine Driver Certificate.

HC (Workshop) : SC-01.

Qualification : 1) Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent; and

(2) Industrial Training Instituted Diploma in Motor Mechanic (Diesel / Petrol Engine) Machinist/Welder/Carp,entry/ El_ectrician/Fitter/Air

CT(Crew) : UR-57, OBC-36, SC-22, ST-19.

Qualification : i) Matriculation from a recognized board or equivalent

ii) one years experience in operating of Boat below 265 HP as a Sukhani or Greaser.

iii) Should know swimming and possess a certificate to this effect from a recoginised institute/swimming pool/any authority to give such certificate.

Closing Date Application duly filled up in the given format may be sent within 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Employment News The last date of receipt of application in respect of candidates belonging to areas of North Eastern State, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu & Kashmir State, Lahaul & Spiti Districts and Pangi Sub Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands or the Union territory of Lakshadweep is within 45 days from the date of publication of advertisement in Employment News.
