i) Retired officer or in service officer who can join within four months

ii) Rank of Lt. Colonel/Colonel of regular Army or its equivalent in Navy/Air Force.
Head of Defence Service Cell : (Post 01).
Age : Maximum 56 Years in case of both Colonel and Brigadier
Educational Qualification : Min. Graduate
Experience : Min. 24 years in Indian Army.
Eligibility: i) Retired Senior Defence Official i.e. Colonel/Brigadier (from regular Army) or In Service Senior Defence official i.e. Colonel/Brigadier (from regular Army) who can join within four months from date of selection.
